Terrible Customer Service

Absolute terrible customer service, 2 out of their 3 numbers does not work and the one that does might as well be a free radio station with depressing music. The email on order confirmation emails bounces and customer queries are just left unattended. I love my Pandora Jewellery but this was my very last purchase as its evident that they only care about customer service up to the “order paid” point and then you mean nothing. Absolutely ridiculous, I am very disappointed.
