Sickening Sandton City Pandora Service

Sickening service, I went to Pandora Sandton City on 9th May 2021 in search for a specific charm, unfortunately they did not have it in stock and the lady assured me that it's available online and I should not order it online as it will be quicker and easier for her to request it from their online department and I can come through in 2 days to collect it. Due to such promising service I purchased a different charm and told her I'd be back for the one I initially wanted. I've gone to the store 3 times since then and I kept being told that they will call me when it has arrived. Eventually I got tired of waiting ordered it online on Friday 21 May 2021 and it arrived today 24May2021. After which it states sold out. Had I not ordered it online I would've never received it as it was the last one in stock, I find this so unprofessional because my fiance and I went there and explained to her why having that charm was important as it symbolizes a special moment for us. Yet she never got back to us and failed to keep her word. All they do is write your name in a book and forget about you. Bring such a huge brand and getting this kind of service is sickening. Had I read the reviews before purchasing a pandora bracelet I wouldn't have purchased it.
