Shocking quality

Good Day,

On the 13 Feb, this year I purchased 2 charms and a bracelet for my wife. Valentines Present

During lock down my wife noticed her one charm had lost its gold plating. Rather shocked we were sure it would be rectified once the stores opened.

During lock down I then purchased a further 4 charms for my 26th wedding anniversary, knowing Pandora was quality,

On the 2nd of June my wife went into the Watercress mall where I had made the purchase only to be told sorry its wear and tear, and they could not assist her.

I’m totally shocked that the store can say this, the charm is less than 3 months old and in actual fact started to lose its gold plating after only 1 month.

Is this the quality product that I have now invested over R4000 in the passed 4 months ?

If so, its the worst investment I have ever made. I’m Terribly upset over this and would appreciate a response ASAP
