Rude sales assistant at Gateway Pandora

O for customer service in Gateway. For such a huge brand the staff at Pandora in Gateway are especially the person by the name of Luthando extremely unfriendly and rude. I have been shopping with Pandora for 5 years and today I experienced the worst service ever.
