Refund never received

I purchased a charm from Pandora store the next day I went to the store and asked for a refund, and they agreed. Its been 2 months and I havent received my money. The store manager named Carmen doesnt pick up my calls anymore or respond to my texts. I am really disappointed with Pandora. I will never go again to Pandora!
