Refund

I bought a bracelet from the somerset mall branch. A week later i returned the item for a refund. The sales assistant tried to do the refund which declined. She advised me to return the following when the manager is on shift. I have made connect with them several times to find out how this will be corrected. I have contacted my bank and the problem is not on my side. The manager told me that i can get the refund in cash when they have money instore. I have contacted the store several times. All they can tell me is they have no cash instore. I feel this is totally unacceptable.

This meant that Im frustrated because not once have they contacted me. They dont know when they will have cash to do the refund. The manager should have taken this matter to her senior to find a solution.

I want my cash ASAP
