Poor service and quality from Pandora

Poor pathetic quality and service from Pandora Clear watermall, the sales lady is so rude and sarcastic, My pandora was n wedding present from my husband on our wedding day 6 March and my pandora's colour is turning black, and keep on making my arm black, We took it back to the store with no success!!! The lady told us to wash it with sunlight liquid water She cleaned it with pandora's cleaner and a hour later it's back to the dull, black colour!!! So disgusted with the product
