Poor service

Poor service from your Waterfront and Cavendish branches , my mom needed her pandora bracelet cleaned the team member at the waterfront branch promised to come back to her with the information to have her bracelet cleaned , this was on the 25/06/2023 up until today no feedback , we have since had it cleaned through our own enquiry this happened to my mom Josey Lawrence , I who also own a pandora bracelet didn't appreciate the service in Cavendish we were at the store at around 4:45pm , I wanted to enter the store which was closed to view a charm for my collection there was a girl behind the counter with long black hair and a fringe , I motioned to her through the glass that I didn't understand why they were closed when every other store was was open she then asked if we wanted to buy or just look? Now this is unbelievable...wether I wanted to view new charms to add to my bracelet or actually buy one was inconsequential at that point , the store was closed way before everyone else and I wanted to purchase a charm I saw in the window, she again asked if we wanted to buy or just look..is this common practise? Would we have been allowed in had I said I definitely want to buy something? How is this service ? Please check in with your teams as the service they are delivering is below par Regards Ms L.
