Poor service

Terrible service at your Canal Walk store from your consultant Kelly. She confirmed a stock item on the phone from your Tygervalley store. I drove all the way to Canal Walk, only to find out that the stock item is not in store and that Kelly send another consultant to tell me she never spike to anyone on the phone. Total BS as she knew exactly why I came to the store.
