Poor Quality/Bad Customer Service/False Advertising

On the 3rd of December my husband bought a bracelet and charm. 5 Days later one of the zirconia stones on the charm fell out. Took it back on 15 Dec to East Rand Mall Pandora. The gentleman assisting me did not communicate to me what was going to be done, started writing details in a book and when I asked I was told it is going to be sent for repairs will take 6 - 8 weeks. This is a charm of R1 200 and it did not even last 5 days??? Now I must wait almost two months. I have sent numerous messages and get told that someone will get back to me. Absolutely poor customer service!! They advertised a free gift if the purchase is more than R1 599 - my husband spent R2 800 and got nothing. When I asked about it I got NO reply. Shocking to say the least. I will not recommend Pandora to anybody, rather advise people NOT to support them.
