Poor Online and Store service, Appalling!!!!

i would actually give them a 0 for online and store service. i have a credit on my online profile. now i cant use it because there is an online sale running. What the heck does the sale has to do with my credit, its my money to use just how i see fit and to do with as i please. i don't care if they run an online sale. rather credit my money to my bank account then, but i guess, they cant do that!
