Poor customer service from Pandora online very unprofessional

I want to give zero stars for this establishment. I have given Pandora jewellery so many chances that I now have a collection but it is so sad that the South African customer service is a bunch of unprofessional uneducated people that don’t care about the brand. Very poor service especially from the online department very disappointing and makes me hate the entire Pandora jewellery brand. It is a shame that an entire jewellery company doesn’t know how to fix their own jewellery which makes me question the actual quality of their jewellery.
