Pathetic service from Pandora Woodlands and Repairs department

This is specifically aimed for Pandora Woodlands, Pretoria and the repair centre! Ref no 25908. Silver Necklace and padlock bracelet been handed in on 30 June 2021 as hook on necklace and clasp on bracelet is broken. We have phoned and also walked into the shop and up to today 1 September 2021 the bracket and necklace hasn't been brought back from repairs! This is absolutely pathetic and where is your client service! How can you allow a customer to wait for over 2 months and still not have her stuff back!

I want my stuff ASAP!
