Pathetic service

Terrible service both in store and online. I’ve been waiting for more than 48 hours for a response. Pathetic service and no motivation to assist customers. Quite frustrating as their customer care line phone number which is stated on the website does not exist. I’m am extremely disappointed and frustrated.
