Pandora's Black Hole!

I took my bracelet to the Cresta store to be repaired around 18 February. They said it would take 4-6 weeks. Today is 26 May and I have still not received it back. Every time I call or go into the store, their lame excuse is that head office has it. There's some sort of backlog. So why don't they tell customers that it takes 4-6months instead??? Their customer service is rotten and disgraceful!
