Pandora with attitude

I have received my very first / own Pandora bracelet yesterday that got me to tears.It was one sixe to small. So I went to canal walk. I walked in there was no one on the floor. Once the lady came from the back I told her I got this as a gift and need to exchange it for a size 19 as I have the slip, her response \so you want to exchange\".I started to look around to buy my fist charm and so many to choose from. I asked her the price on two charms and her response was I cant see what you are pointing at, so a second lady came from the back.I notice the charms are stack on top of each other so I asked the lady can I please have a look and her rude response was \"it's the same as in all our retails\", I told her I have never been in a Pandora shop so I don't know what you have, so she told me to wait.I decided that im sorry but that kind of serves is uncalled for and I will not be supporting a brand with this attitude.My whole experience of Pandora has not been good at all and to be honest I don't even know if I want to support you. The charms are not cheap, but now im charmless thanks to your staff and their attitude. Thanks for spoiling my valentine's day Pandora "
