Pandora sells **** cars as well

It's not a surprise that there are negative reviews about Pandora SA on this website and I wonder who is responsible of correcting these because my complaint is about the CEO himself, Mark Downing. I brought a supposedly company car from him last year July and have since been trying to get its certificate to change ownership but to date, no luck. He doesn't answer my calls, doesn't respond to my sms and emails. I'm strunded with a car that's not in PANDORA's nor Mark Downing's name and the licence disk has expired. Whose car did he sell me???
