Pandora - Sell vouchers but got no stock

I received a voucher in December due to East Rand Mall branch not having petite charms available but yet they still selling the floating locket.. Went there on the 21st of January still no stock and no date can be given when stock will arrive.. I tried to contact the head office but it got transferred to the international head office.. E-mail was also sent but still no feedback
