Pandora quality questionable

Last year in June... My 7 year old grandson bought me a Pandora bracelet...the bracelet was difficult to put on... I thought since it is difficult to put on... Upon removing it when going swimming... It couldn't be clicked back on... I then went into the Sandton branch but couldn't get assistance as the systems changed and the receipt couldn't be found... I eventually found the receipt and took it to Clearwater mall and the clasp was exchanged... I wore it for probably a very short time and the bracelet kept falling off my hand... So I took it back about 3 weeks ago and the lady first looked at me funny then exchanged the clasp... Since then I kept it on my right wrist until I went out yesterday and when I came home... My bracelet was not on my hand... This time it's lost for good😔... So clearly there is something going on with the clasps and the quality of them, and mind you... I don't do any manual labour but the gift from my grandchild is gone forever😭
