<p>I am very satisfied with the products received, but not at all with the service received.</p> <p>I spoke to three ladies with regards to the Black Friday promo, add any 3 items and get the cheapest one free.</p> <p> </p> <p>After I placed my order I noticed the promo and I phoned numerous times and emailed, I was asked to advise which item I would like to add and I gave through that information. I was told twice that I will get a phone call back with confirmation, after this I phoned again and was told the item was added to my order. To this day, nothing happened. Still don’t know if I will get the 3rd item or not.</p>
