Pandora online shop

I have been struggling with to get service from Pandora's online shop re a query. I ordered and paid for items in Apr 2018, never received it and when I realised it tried to call their call center without success. E-mails were just referred and never answered. Eventually I left a message on facebook and the only reply I get is that they will refer my query and come back to me, which they never do! I want a refund Pandora and will not leave this matter until I do! Do not use the Pandora online shop!
