Pandora online service sucks

I have ordered 3 items online. I received one item, one said to be refunded ( not done) AND A THIRD WAS THE WRONG PRODUCT.

I send several mails, was telephonically put on hold for hours, but no success. This is pathetic service. You cannot reach anyone to speak to and must be happy with what ever you receive on your delivery. n

This is an expensive product li ne and one should expect better service. I am totally dissatisfied.
