Pandora On line

If you are excited about Pandora Online think again- the item received was not the correct size- I then had to pay for the item to be sent back to them to exchange as the Pandora shop closest to me "did not have the item in stock"? (it was on sale 50% off). I sent it back at my own cost to be advised that they can not locate the box that was delivered- still locating the box yet it was sent to the address stipulated on the return notice in the Pandora box- I then sent the POD to Pandora and I am still waiting- I have to say that Isabel is trying to assist however, I do feel that Pandora if they want to be competitive need to rethink their online resending- it should not be for the expense of the customer- this is then not 50 % off the item. This is unacceptable and I am not sure if I will ever buy from Pandora again.
