PANDORA FALL OF

My husband bought me a reflextions silver clip charm with bracelet in Acona Italy on 30 May 2019 and on Friday 7 June it just fell of. I am realy very unhappy about it because for what you pay for pandora the charm cannot just fall off. Some of my friends also lost their charms like that. You must really do something about that!!!
