Pandora Eastgate

Terrible customer service. Went to the Eastgate branch, the morning of the 6th of July. We went to exchange a braclet we bought as it was too big. Teller was disinterested from the moment we walked in.

They did not have stocl of the size we needed and did not assist with any other options to possibly exchange or order the stock from a different branch. We were flat out told they cant help and i must drive around JHB looking for a store that had the stock.

For the money we spend on these products, you would expect that Pandora would treat there customers fairly.

Would love to hear Pandoras response. Will be recogmending to every one that they avoid the product
