Pandora chain not repaired and not returned to me

My Pandora chain broken close to the clasp and I took it to Pandora at the Waterfront Cape Town on the 10th January inv no.10 by to be repaired and I was told that they will have to send it away to be repaired! Plus I had 2 beads on the chain. I was told in March that the chain could not be repaired and they would return it to me. I is The 6th May 2025 and I still haven’t received my unrepaired chain nor my 2x silver beads. They have had my broken chain and beads for 4 months in total! Such bad service ! Plus
