PANDORA BRACELET AND CHARMS... LUCKY PACKET QUALITY

Last year my husband bought me a bracelet from Pandora. When i received it i was over the moon, till a week later when the bracelet started to look very matt and no shine, then i noticed the "rose gold" as it was sold to him as was also looking strange. Oh and did i mention he paid close on R15000 for this. I called on of the stores and asked the person on the line, unfortunately, didnt think to get detail, anywho, I explained my issue and the reply was im not cleaning as they have instructed, so i said, no no and after a week, why the hell should i be cleaning in, its not the first time im wearing rose gold or any gold or silver for that matter. So she said i should just use the cloth they supply and that was that, which i did, almost daily?? im only mentioning 1 of the rose gold charms price is R1599. Now for that price and the size of the item, it has to be real gold, otherwise my husband would never have bought it in the first place. Over December i popped into the Pandora store, which was busy, and only 2 staff and manager. When i mentioned id like to discuss whats happening to my bracelet, they told me, i can see the store is busy and that i should come back in the new year to discuss my issue. shocked and a little embarrassed, i just left. Needless to say, i still dont know why its turning copper? Then i want to know, if it is not real rose gold, THEN WHAT THE HELL JUSTIFIES THE CRAZY PRICES THEY ARE ASKING? Then to me that is theft and false advertising. I have noticed their online store now says just Rose??? *** R1599 for one little charm which is clearly plated. if i wanted costume jewelry id go to womans street, where they charge accordingly for their products, but its not meant to be plated or whatever it is. Has or is anyone elses charms and bracelet look like it came out of a lucky packet? and what to do?
