I have had a few truly disappointing experiences at the Walmer Park branch. Some of the sales staff members are helpful but seemed uninterested in walking the extra mile. When asked about an item not available in the store, I was given a response to rather buy online and the assistant was vague and uninformed in the response to whether I would be credited with my loyalty points if I shopped online. The overall atmosphere and focus in the store seems to be more focused on all other matters rather than that of assisting and providing excellent service to customers. I have spent a lot of money at this store and am truly disappointed.
