On 02 June 2025, I purchased a Pandora snake bracelet and safety chain at Pandora V&A Waterfront and requested a valid tax invoice to claim VAT. The store could not provide the document, and VRA at the airport advised me to obtain it for a postal claim. Since 12 June, despite submitting multiple portal requests, emailing ***, phoning the call centre (where the manager promised to escalate), and lodging a formal complaint via ***, I have still not received the required invoice. As a loyal customer, I must caution others: if you intend to claim VAT on purchases over R5,000, you may face significant challenges obtaining the necessary documentation.
