Not responding

It would have been nice to know that you would have black Friday deals with a date when it will start. I purchased a necklace online for my daughter and two day later it was marked down with almost R500. If I knew that I would have waited the two days. Wrote them an e mail, but they just ignored it. That was definitely my last buy from pandora
