Non existing service

Received a gift card for Christmas, visit the Bloem store but couldn’t use my card as they don’t have a card machine for it. Asked online if and when they will get it... told area mgr will be in contact, asked again after no feedback was received, no response, went back to the store...2 extremely rude and useless staff members took my details... no response, messaged online again, again being told I will be contacted.... still nothing!!! Pandora SA ... beautiful product, pathetic service!!!
