I received a Pandora bracelet for my birthday and the bracelet is too big for me, according to a the Clearwater sales assistant. I asked if the bracelet could be made smaller and she said no. I asked what happens if the bracelet breaks and she said that customers could bring it in. I love the product and really want to continue my collection of charms, but not if this is how you treat your customers. I called head office and they confirmed that I will not be able to have it made smaller and definitely not get a replacement. So I asked head office what it is I do and the lady I spoke to basically said sorry there is nothing I we can do. Very sad, this is not a cheap product and even lesser brands like Guess are willing to assist.
