No product received paid more than 3 months ago.

Bought a bracelet on 12 December 2023 which was supposed to be a christmas gift. Together with 2 charms. I paid R2000 and received my confirmation e-mail also stating delivery within 5 working days. It is now 11 March 2024. No sign of my package. No calls get answered, no feedback on e-mails. I feel ****med. Beware of buying on pandora online!
