No help received

I received a Pandora bangle from my husband but it was too small. We went into the Pandora Store 10-10-2015 at Fourways Mall to see if it could be exchanged. A lady behind the counter said they did not have the size. She said that she would phone around and see if they could get another one from another store . She was going to phone me back in half an hour, but I did not hear back from her the rest of the day. <br> <br> The following day I called Pandora Fourways and spoke with a lady. I explained the problem I had and that I did not hear back from them. She took my details and said she would contact me once she has found another bangle for me. She phoned me a few of times after that wanting clarity on the type of bangle I had and the size, which I had explained to her when I made contact with her. I then did not hear back again. <br> <br> I then contacted the store again on Tuesday 13-10-2015 and spoke with the same lady. She took my details again and said that she would contact other stores to see if they had a bigger size (which she said she would do on Sunday). She phoned me back and said she would phone me the next day after checking with her supplier<br> <br> To date I have not heard back from her
