No assistance at diff branches, poor quality

You know I have been at 2 different branches, spoke to different people tried to phone in couple of times and I waited 20min with no awnser at the one branch east rand mall I left my number and told her it's urgent still they have not phoned my my Pandora ring was on a sale marked down from 1800 but I loveddd this ring soo much it's a rose gold plated 3 stone ring the plating has completely come off as well as one of the stones has come out. I asked them to get me in touch to the guy who does their repairs they tried phoning he did not awnser that's why I left my number and they said it would take 2 days for call back yet it has been months. I want my ring fixed or replaced with an experience off really bad service, bad quility and not worth the money at all I'm really sad about this because since I was smalll I always wanted Pandora.
