MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I have never received better customer service than with Pandora! They are absolutely amazing! This is not the first time either just the time I thought I should say something as clearly people have not had the same experience. I recently ordered from their sale for myself and for a friend, someone from Pandora called me to tell me that one of the items I ordered was damaged and that they will not send me a damaged item, she then gave me the option to either receive a refund or order something else. I asked her on the spot about an item and she checked the availability, selected it and changed my order all within 5 minutes.

After all of this my work changed our policy and said that we were no longer allowed to receive personal packages. I had to change my delivery address. I emailed Pandora as well as Dawnwing, my address was changed and delivered. Pandora then phoned me to ask whether the person who signed for my package gave me my package as they see I made an address change. I have never received such amazing customer service
