Inconsistent processes and horrible customer service

Received a marked down item that was purchased at woodmead as it didn’t fit and got a gift card. A month later I wanted to return an item that I purchased as I received a duplicate and they refused to return as they said this was marked down. Where is the logic! Most items at woodmead are discounted. I had the original receipt and it was within 2 weeks of purchasing so I do not understand the reasoning. Asked for management to contact me and yet to receive a phone call!
