<p>I receieved a call from pandora pavilion on the 20 of may 2017 to tell me that we ordered a ring and it was at the store.I than confirmed and they said it was my husband and his wife lonel singh...I than said my husband is Leon and I'm his wife.The lady at the store cut the call....I called back five times from my husbands celllhone only to be cut off each time.I than called from my phone and they answered saying my husband was there on the 25 of April and he bought a ring and it's arrived at the store.The lady at the store confirmed they have camera footage and that they can prove he was there with another woman.i than asked to speak to the manager and was told his busy with a customer....after 40 seconds I was told his unavailable and has now left the store.I than called the store after 20 minutes and they told me they mixed up details of my husband with Northern customers details. AFTER nearly 90minutes of convincing me that my husband is cheating they now state it was an error.they can't prove from there so called camera footage THAT He WAS At the store and I am extremely ****ed of for what they have done.They cannot be trusted with personal details and they have caused me pain and stress.They have caused me to accuse my husband of cheating and made this weekend a real ****py one for my family and I.....all because they mixed up details of customers... we purchase jewellery from this branch all the time and we actually wanted to purchase something for my anniversary that's coming up soon....I will not be going to this store because they have almost broken my happy home.</p>
