Great service

I was bought a bracelet from Pandora as a gift which broke. I took it back to Pandora and was given a replacement straight away with no quibble. This is what one would expect but in this day and age, there is often so many hurdles to overcome, i.e. the damaged item gets sent away, you wait, etc etc , that to receive such an efficient and easy response was a surprise. Thank you Pandora for restoring my faith in retail!
