Faulty Products, Shocking Service

I ordered earrings online and finally received it after close to two weeks. Upon arrival the one clasp is broken. Since then I have emailed three times and called twice. No responses via email and via phone call I received empty promises to fetch and replace the earrings.

Shocking service and quality. When you pay such a price you expect quality control and that products are actually sent in working condition that someone can actually wear it.

I have been wearing Pandora for over 10 years but I have since revised my loyalty after receiving such service.
