False advertising

My mom and I went to Pandora Canal Walk today, to fit on a ring that was clearly marked as R779. After a while of looking around, my mom went back for the ring, just to hear by the guy behind the till that they never had any rings for R779 and that the ring costs R2000. When my mom showed him were the ring was he said there wasn’t any rings there and that all their rings are suddenly sold out. When my mom asked him to check on the system where she could find that specific ring, he was unfriendly and didn’t want to check other stores, such as Tygervalley etc.

I feel this is VERY unprofessional and low to say the least, they try to ***** peoples money by changing the prices. Very very very bad taste Pandora !!!
