Exceptional Service from Kaira and the Pandora Team

I was gifted a Pandora bracelet for my birthday on 16th May 2024 and unfortunately my husband had ordered the wrong size . I phoned the customer care line and got hold of the delightful Kaira who guided me step by step on how to log my return , fill in the return form and select the right size . I sent the return back on the 17/05/24 via courier ( from a rural outlying town ) and followed up on 22nd May 2024 and was told that Kaira had my replacement bracelet packaged and ready for courier collection !
