Disgusting Service

I went to the Pandora Kiosk in Rosebank and purchased an item, I paid with my gift card. A few minutes I decided to return the item as I no longer wanted the item. I went back to the Kiosk and asked that I be refunded for the purch****, Mandisa at he Kiosk that a refund could not be processed as their policy states that only a gift card from Pandora can be processed. I asked her to speak to her manager to sort this out as I insisted that the refund be processed back into my rosebank mall gift card. She insisted that it could not be done. After arguing with her, she called around to find out how the refund could be processed. They eventually had to request a refund sheet from Tutuka and she then completed the form as Tutuka would have to request the refund from Pandora. I had to eventually get the mall management involved and they also couldn't much. I was than also dealt with by BUSI who is by far the most disgusting, Arrogant, woman I have ever come across. Her approach to my situation was absolutely pathetic. She has no customer Ethics nor any manners towards the customer. She even said to her colleagues and I quote " I cannot deal with this" because she was very much in a hurry to get to her lunch. Her rude behavior will always remind me of what bad service one can expect from Pandora Rosebank Mall. I will NEVER shop at that Kiosk again and never purchase anything from Pandora ever again. !!!!!!!
