Disgusting customer service PANDORA SA

I purchased a Pandora's bracelet from the Galleria branch on the 6th of May. The money was taken off my account on the day as I have receipts to prove it went off and teller confirmed. I have noticed now( see screenshot) I was double charged ?? R1099 x2 was deducted from my bank account

I called the customer care helpline and I was told by a lady name Kyrah , the Area manager will call me !!! I am still waiting !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I want my money back asap!
