Disappointed

I purchased a bracelet during the recent Pandora sale. After making payment I was informed of a delay in delivery due to number of orders being processed. It was my daughters 16th birthday and shes always wanted Pandora, however due to financial constraints i was unable to purchase it prior to the sale. 16 days after making payment i was informed that my item was sold out and I will be refunded along with a 15% discount. This was absolutely ridiculous. My daughter was let down and its not the service expected from Pandora.
