Delivery still not come, shocking service as per usual

I placed an order a really long time ago and it still hasn’t arrived. It’s not like I can call or email them because no one answers in any case. This is just beyond ridiculous, I don’t know how a prestigious company like Pandora can have such terrible customer service - their lack of information and professionalism is just mind boggling at this stage.
