Deduct funds yet don't process the order and don't respond thereafter...

I purchased a gift online and paid using Discovery Miles. The Miles were deducted but then I received an "error message" from the website and my order was suddenly gone yet they still deducted my Discovery Miles. I am now trying to get the Miles back from Discovery for the failed transaction. Pandora does not answer emails, FB Messenger private messages, FB posts, nor their phones at both stores I tried to contact. (Crickets!) Non-existent service. I'd recommend never purchasing anything online from them. Very disappointed. Such a beautiful product yet such poor customer service.
