Do not order from Pandora online. Only buy from them in store and phone prior to make sure they have the ring you want in stock. The customer service for online orders is TERRIBLE and just know that you will not receive your order on time and you will not get email reply’s plus their phone number does not work. If you do order online, you have to accept that you will get no help or information, you just have to pay and wait, there is nothing else you can do.
