Complaint. Bad service and communication.

I will never buy at Pandora again. My husband bought me a charm and for the sam product and product code it was different prices on the internet than in the store. We are waiting for a refund as from 8 August 2018 until today 21 September. We are still waiting for any form of communication from the store and we phone them every week at least 4times. Thank you for your weak service!!
