Cannot refund my cash

This is the second time i have been to return a gift and the stores have no cash to refund me. This time it's La lucia the last time was Gateway We paid cash but we cannot get our cash back and then we say arrange cash and we will come tomorrow morning. The lady tells us NO SHE CAN'T ARRANGE THAT.

I want my cash refunded today!!!!!!!!
